Consumer’s Right of Cancellation
 
Consumer Customers will be entitled to cancel the contract subject to the following:

Right of Cancellation
You may revoke your willingness to enter into contract within the space of one month without giving your reasons. Your revocation of contract shall be in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or, in the event you have received the item before this period of time has lapsed, by returning it. The set period of time will start to run after receiving this information in text form, yet not before conclusion of contract and not before the article has been received by the recipient (in cases of recurrent consignments of identical goods, not before receipt of the first consignment) and also not prior to fulfilment of our duties to provide information subject to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and (2) EGBGB [Introductory Law of the German Civil Code] and our duties subject to § 312 e (1) sentence 1 BGB [German Civil Code] in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The period of time for cancellation of contract is deemed respected if the declaration of revocation or the items in question are despatched on time.

Outcome of Cancellation
In the event the contract has been effectively revoked, both Parties shall return all goods and/or services received and, where applicable, surrender any benefits derived (e.g. interest). If you cannot return the benefit received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you shall pay compensation to that extent. This will not apply if the deterioration of articles is witnessed upon their examination – as would have been possible at a sales outlet. In all other respects, you will be able to avoid compensating for value for deterioration after the article is used as intended, by not using the item as your own possession and by ceasing everything that impairs its value. Articles that can be despatched as parcels will be returned at our risk. You shall pay the costs of the return consignment, if the delivered articles correspond to those ordered and if the price of the articles to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if, at the time of revoking the order, for higher priced articles, you have not provided counter performance or a part-payment as agreed under the contract. Otherwise the return of articles will be free of charge to you. The obligation to refund payments will be met within 30 days. For you, the period of time set starts to run the moment the declaration of cancellation or the article in question is despatched and for us, the moment we receive it.
 
Please note:
Your right of cancellation will extinguish before schedule if the contract is fulfilled from both parties upon your explicit  wish before the end of the period set for cancellation.
 
End of revocation instruction
The right of cancellation does not exist for contracts governing the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software, when the seal of the data carrier has been broken by the consumer.
